Returns & Refunds
* Returns are accepted only in case of damage. If your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
* Please share clear photos and/or videos of the damaged product when raising your request so we can assess the issue.
* Returns or refunds will not be accepted simply because you do not like the product, its appearance, colour, size, or design.
* Once the damage is verified and the return is approved, we will guide you through the next steps for the return and refund.
* Products must be kept in their original condition and packaging, wherever possible, until the return process is completed.
Shipping & Delivery
* Orders generally take up to 15 days to be dispatched after the order is confirmed.
* Once dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 7 days, depending on the delivery location.
* In some cases, delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, such as transportation issues, weather, or other unforeseen delays.
* If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed and provide updates regarding its status.
